Reserving your date is simple


Here's how it works...

  1. Contact us (click on the contact us tab, email us, Facebook message us, text or call us 985-665-7614) 
  2. We meet with you and introduce ourselves & services either in person or via phone/teleconference. 
  3. We reserve your date by signing a contract & a $600 deposit. Deposit is non-refundable. 
  4. We contact you 3 months prior to your event's date to have a final planning/consulting meeting. 
  5. Enjoy your event!

Event Decor Packages 


​​Our base package begins at $2,000

plus tax and includes:

  • Cake backdrop with 1-3 draped cake tables (we provide the cake tables & linens)

  • Groom's cake table with linen and small backdrop (we provide the cake table & the linen)

  • 10 guest table linens (just linens. most venues already have tables, but if not we can get tables for you for as an add on to your package) 

  • 2 pub tables with linens,(we provide pub tables & linens)

  • 90 chair covers with sashes  (we use the chairs at your venue or we can get chairs for you as an add on to your package) *we usually put 9 chairs per table*

  • Entrance area decorated including a table with a coordinating linen. (if your venue doesn't offer a small table to use as the sign in we provide the table) 

  • Includes lighting in all the areas mentioned above. ​
